Independent digital distributor The Orchard has announced that Brad Navin will become the firm's permanent new CEO. He had been performing the role on a temporary basis since shortly after the company's former chief exec Greg Scholl departed the company in October. In a statement Navin said yesterday: "We'll remain focused on what we do best: partnering with great clients, creating strategic marketing plans, and investing in artists we believe in".
